By using remodelmagnate.com (the "Site"), operated by Remodel Magnate LLC ("Remodel Magnate", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site describes the Kept Estimate Program, a performance marketing service for bath remodeling companies, and lets you book a consultation or contact us. Nothing on the Site is an offer to enter a contract. Any engagement between Remodel Magnate and a client is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which sets out the fees, guarantee terms and conditions that apply.
Client names, numbers, screenshots, recordings and quotes on the Site are real and are published with the permission of the clients involved. They describe those clients' experience. Your results will depend on your market, your estimator capacity, your close rate, your ad budget and other factors outside our control, and we don't promise you will get the same outcomes. Homeowner details in recordings and screenshots have been removed or hidden.
When you book a call or contact us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your inquiry and our services. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
You may use the Site for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, republish or resell its content, use it to build a competing offering, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
The text, design, logos, videos, recordings and images on the Site belong to Remodel Magnate or are used with permission. Client names and logos belong to those clients. Nothing here grants you a license to use any of it.
The Site may link to third-party sites such as social media. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remodel Magnate is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.
