Case study · Dallas, TexasViktor's company did exterior work. It had never sold a bathroom. Five months later, bath estimates are on the calendar every week and contracts are closing.
Where they were
Kutuzov Tile & Stone had been doing exterior work in Dallas since 2013, with a strong reputation and more than 130 Google reviews. What they didn't have was a bathroom business: no bath ads, no bath page, no bath process, no bath customers.
Most of our clients come to us with a bath business that needs more estimates. Viktor came with nothing. That made it the cleanest test we've run: if the calendar filled, it filled because of what we built.
What we built
Starting from zero meant every piece had to be built, not adapted. Here's what a bath remodel funnel looks like when it's designed for one purpose.

Homeowners who click a bath ad land on a page about bath remodels and nothing else. The offer, the proof and the booking button are all above the fold. It takes under a minute to book.
We put the owner in the ads: on the job site, with finished bathrooms, with real customers. In a market full of faceless lead-gen ads, a real Dallas contractor talking to camera is what gets the click.
Every lead gets a call and a text from our team in under five minutes. We qualify the project, book it onto Viktor's calendar, and confirm it until they show.

The proof

Booked, not just leads
Scope, budget conversation and timeline captured on the call, so the estimate starts from what the homeowner already said, not from scratch.

Real booking notifications from September 2026. Homeowner details blurred.
Garden tub out, freestanding tub in, shower moved, tile to halfway up the walls. Booked in under six minutes.
A new townhome, two near-identical baths, toilets and showers and vanities all moving. He mentions the 3D images in the ad are what got him to call.
