These are all of our clients, not a highlight reel. Every kept estimate behind these numbers is a homeowner who sat down with that company's estimator for a bath remodel. Anything that wasn't what we promised is not counted.
Ad spend per kept estimate is each company's figure over the whole time we've been working together. Totals as of September 2026.
Every client
A company that keeps paying per estimate for two years is telling you the estimates turn into jobs. Nobody keeps paying for appointments that don't.

How we count
A homeowner who sat down with the company's estimator at the scheduled time. Not a lead, not a booking, not a phone quote. If it didn't happen, it isn't counted and it isn't billed.
If the homeowner rents the house, is outside the service area, is below the minimum job size the client set, or a co-owner never confirmed, we take it off the count and off the invoice. That's our cost, not the client's.
Kept estimates divided by booked appointments, measured in our CRM across the accounts we track there. The industry norm for contractor appointments is 60 to 70%. We hold 93% because a live person confirms and reminds every single one.
Everything the company spent on Meta ads in their own account, divided by the estimates that actually sat down, over the whole time we've worked together. It's ad spend only, so it's the number you compare against what you pay a lead vendor per lead, before you count how many of those leads ever turned into a conversation. Our fee is separate, flat, and the same for every company here.
On the call, pick any company on this page and we'll screen-share its live calendar and ad account with the homeowner details hidden. Numbers you can't check aren't proof, so we let you check.
What 15 kept estimates a month is worth
Your numbers will differ. On the call we run this with your close rate and your ticket, so you see what it means for your company, not for an average one.
Next step
A 20-minute call. Bring your close rate and your average ticket. We'll tell you whether your metro is available, what the numbers look like for a company your size, and whether we're a fit. No pitch deck.
