For bathroom remodeling companies
We run the ads, answer every lead in under five minutes, and book the homeowner straight onto your estimator's calendar. You pay per estimate that sits down. Nothing when they don't.
One company per metro. Yours might still be open.
At the estimateBooked by our team for one of our clients. Ivan sat in on the estimate. The client closed it.
Kept means the homeowner actually sat down with the estimator. No-shows and cancellations aren't counted anywhere on this site.
14 bath companies in 6 states run on the Kept Estimate Program

Sound familiar?
"I paid for 40 leads last month. I talked to nine."
The lead vendor got paid on all 40. Half never picked up. A third gave a fake number. You ate every one of them.
"My estimator drove 45 minutes to an empty driveway."
A no-show costs you the gas, the afternoon, and the job he could have been quoting instead. Nobody refunds you for that.
"By the time I called back, she'd already booked someone else."
The same homeowner got sold to four companies. The first one to call got the estimate. Your office was on a job site.
"If I stop posting and calling, the phone stops ringing."
Referrals and word of mouth are great until you need to plan payroll around them. You can't hire an installer on a maybe.
Every one of these comes from the same place: you're paying for the wrong thing. A lead is a name and a phone number. What your business actually runs on is a homeowner sitting at the kitchen table with your estimator. So that is the only thing we sell.
The difference
You pay per name, whether or not anything happens. Or per booking, with a "credit" when it falls through.
You pay per homeowner who actually sits down with your estimator. Nothing else.
The same lead is sold to three or four of your competitors.
We make the lead with our own ads, in your metro only, in an ad account you own. Nobody else sees it.
A setup fee before anyone has produced anything.
No setup fee. No retainer. You pay for estimates that happened.
A bot or a calendar link does the booking. Your office chases the rest.
A real person calls every lead in under five minutes, seven days a week.
Your guy drives out and the co-owner is at work.
We check the property record. If two people own the home, both confirm by name. You get the call recording before anyone drives.
You get invoiced first and argue later.
Every Friday we go through the week's list with you. Anything you don't agree with comes off before the invoice.
Proof, not promises
Anyone can type a number on a website. These are from our ad accounts, our CRM and our clients' calendars. Homeowner names are hidden, nothing else is touched.

Want to check any of this? On the call we'll screen-share the live calendar and ad account of any client you pick, with the homeowner details hidden. No agency does this. We can, because it's real.

Before, I had a company giving me garbage leads I had to chase myself. This is a completely different result. They call the customer, make the appointment, and call again the day before to double check. When I open my schedule I just see the estimates I need to go and sell. We grew almost twice with this company.

We do exterior work. I'd never sold a bathroom in my life. Ivan's team built the page, the ads, the whole thing, and honestly I expected to wait a couple months. Second week I had bath estimates on my calendar. The first three I went to, I signed all three. I still don't fully understand how the ads part works and I don't need to.

I've paid three different lead companies over the years and every one of them found a way to bill me for junk. What got me with these guys was the Friday call. They go down the list with me, this one sat, this one didn't, this one was a renter so it's off. I've pulled maybe two appointments off an invoice in nine months and there was zero argument. That's why I'm still here.

We build houses. Bathrooms were a side thing my guys did between framing jobs, and I didn't have anyone to chase leads for it. Now the bath appointments just show up on my estimator's calendar with the notes already there, and my office hasn't made a single lead call in a year and a half. I check the Friday numbers on my phone and that's my whole involvement.

Daniel's words are from the video, the rest from client conversations shared with their permission. Every company quoted is on the Results page.
What you pay for
The model is simple on purpose. If a homeowner didn't sit down with your estimator, it isn't an estimate, and you don't pay for it.
One flat fee per kept estimate. The same price for every client, in writing before we start, never a percentage of your ad spend or your jobs. Ad spend is separate: from your card to Meta, in an account you own.
A booking is not a kept estimate. A confirmation is not. Your estimator arriving at the address is not. If they didn't sit down and have the conversation, it isn't billed.
Rents the house, outside your area, below the minimum job size we agreed, a co-owner who never confirmed. It comes off the invoice. And one home is one fee, however many times the visit moves.
Nothing to pay before the work starts. Every Friday you get the list of estimates that happened that week, you check it, and that's what you pay for. That's the whole billing.
Our promise, in writing
$0 for anything that didn't happen
No setup fee, no retainer, no long contract. You see every estimate before it's billed, and you decide what stays on the list.
Before we invoice, we go through the week's estimates with you. Anything you reject comes off. One company per metro, in writing, so we're never running against you.
Do the math
Move the sliders to your numbers. This is the same math we do live on the call.
This is revenue from the estimates, before your costs and before our fee. On the call we put your real numbers next to what you'd pay us, so you see the return, not a promise.
