Every remodeler told us the same thing. They paid for leads, the leads didn't answer, and the estimator kept driving to empty driveways. The lead company got paid anyway.
So we built the company around the one thing a remodeler actually needs: a homeowner at the kitchen table with your estimator. We run the ads, answer in five minutes, book it, confirm it. If the homeowner doesn't show, we don't get paid. When your calendar is empty, so is our invoice.
We only do bathrooms. Two years of one thing in 14 cities is why the ads already work, the call scripts are already written, and 93% of the estimates we book actually happen.
