How it works
The same system runs in all 14 of our markets, and it has already produced more than 2,000 kept estimates. What's built for you is yours: your landing page, your ads, your calendar. What's proven is the process behind them.
Your first 30 days
One kickoff call. You give us access to your ad account, your estimator's available hours and your service area. We set up the landing page, the tracking, the calendar and the follow-up, and the ads are live within 72 hours of getting access.
While the new ads are getting going, we text and call the homeowners already in your files: old quotes, leads that never booked, past customers with a second bathroom. This is usually where the first kept estimates come from.
We start with ads that already work in other bath markets, then adjust daily. Every lead gets a call in under five minutes and goes straight onto your calendar.
Booked, sat, no-shows, what was removed, what you owe. One message, no dashboard to log into. We go through the list with you before anything is invoiced.
The four steps, in full
Facebook and Instagram ads aimed at homeowners in your service area. Video and photo ads: before-and-afters, the owner on camera, homeowners telling their story, whatever is working best right now. Your ad money goes to your own account, paid straight to Meta, so you see every dollar and the account stays yours.
A homeowner who fills out a form at 8pm on a Sunday gets a call and a text from our team within five minutes, not from your office on Monday. Speed is most of the show rate. The company that reaches them first is the company that gets the estimate.
You give us your estimator's available windows once. We book into them and nowhere else. Every appointment arrives with the homeowner's name, address, phone, project and our notes from the call, so your estimator walks in already knowing what they want.
Booking is easy. Showing is the job. Every appointment gets a confirmation the day before and a reminder the morning of, and if the homeowner goes quiet, a real person calls. This is why our clients run 93% when the industry runs 60 to 70%.
Step two, recorded
A few examples of our calls, so you can hear how we qualify a homeowner before they go on your calendar. Recorded with permission.

Lily, Sales RepresentativeThe voice on these calls, and the person who will call your leads. Use the "Jump to" list under each call if you're short on time.
Garden tub out, freestanding tub in, shower moved, tile to halfway up the walls. Booked in under six minutes.
A new townhome, two near-identical baths, toilets and showers and vanities all moving. He mentions the 3D images in the ad are what got him to call.
A newly bought, empty house. Nobody living there yet, so it's the right time to remodel. "Not necessarily the cheapest, but the best."
The hills above Palo Alto. Both bathrooms getting walk-in showers, one at a time. She's getting two or three bids and says so.
Every box checked. Design questions, what competitors quoted, and whether her husband will be there for the estimate.
The ads we run
A few of the ads running for our clients right now. Real people, real bathrooms, no stock footage. We have a lot more, and we only run what's working.

What we build for you, at no charge
There's no setup fee. All of this is built before your first estimate is billed, and the ad account, the pixel and the creative are yours to keep.
Pixel, conversions, lead forms and a clean campaign structure in an account you own.
Kills: not knowing your real cost per sat estimateThe before-and-after ads, videos and headlines already running in our other markets, adapted to your company.
Kills: paying for a learning phaseEvery lead tracked from first click to kept estimate, with your estimator's calendar wired in.
Kills: leads falling through the cracksTexts, calls and reminders timed to the appointment, with a person on the other end.
Kills: empty drivewaysWe work your old quotes and unbooked leads in week one so the calendar isn't empty while ads learn.
Kills: a slow first monthThe exact scripts our team uses, written down and yours to keep even if you leave.
Kills: dependence on usThe Friday report
Most agencies send a dashboard link and hope you don't open it. We send the numbers in a plain message every Friday, covering the week that just ended. If a line looks wrong, you reply and we sort it before the invoice.
No-shows and removed appointments are listed, not buried. You should be able to read one message and know exactly what happened and exactly what you owe.
Your side of it
About an hour. Service area, estimator windows, what you install, what you won't, and your close rate so we can set expectations honestly.
You fund your own Meta ad account and give us access to run it. You keep ownership of everything in it.
The homeowner is confirmed and waiting. Your estimator walks in with the notes and does what they're good at.
We go through the week's estimates together: sat, no-show, not what we promised, sold. Anything you reject comes off before the invoice. That's what keeps the bill honest.

What can go wrong
The Pro Renovation in Orlando worked with us for five months. The estimates were good. The problem was simple: the owner was the only person who could go to the appointments, and he was also running the crews.
When a full calendar of homeowners is waiting and one person has to do every estimate and every install, something gives. Appointments got moved, some got dropped, and the ones he did get to were rushed. We paused the account together rather than keep booking estimates he had no time to run. He's a good contractor. He just needed one more person on the estimating side first.
That's the honest limit of what we do. We fill the calendar. We can't add an estimator. If you're the only one who can run appointments and you're already booked solid, we'll tell you on the first call, and we'd rather wait for you than repeat this.
Before you book, ask yourself
Four yeses and the numbers on our Results page are realistic for you. Two or fewer and we'll probably suggest waiting, and we'll say why.
Questions owners ask us
One number: a flat fee per kept estimate, the same for every client, in writing before you start. Never a percentage of your ad spend or your jobs, never a retainer, never a setup fee. Ad spend is separate and goes from your card to Meta in your own account, so you see every dollar. We give you the exact fee on the call and do the math on screen with your close rate and average ticket, because a number without your revenue next to it is meaningless.
All of this, at once: the homeowner or an authorized buyer, in your area, for work you do, who acknowledged the minimum job size on a recorded call, where every owner on the deed who needs to sign confirmed by name, and where your estimator actually sat down and had the conversation. A booking is not a kept estimate. A confirmation is not. A no-show is not. Arriving at the address is not. If any piece is missing, it comes off the invoice.
A short agreement covering the per-estimate fee, the definition of a kept estimate, and the four things you never pay for. No twelve-month lock-in. If we stop producing, you stop paying, because there's nothing to pay for.
No. One bath company per metro, in writing. We run the same proven ads in every market and we will not run them against our own client. That's also why we can't take everyone: if your metro is already ours, we'll tell you on the call.
Then you've paid us nothing, because nothing happened. You pay per kept estimate, so a market that doesn't produce costs you your ad spend and a kickoff call, not a fee. We'd also rather tell you on the first call that your numbers don't work yet than take you on and let you find out the hard way.
Our team, by name, seven days a week. They introduce themselves as your company's scheduling team, qualify the homeowner, book the estimate, and handle the confirmations and reminders. Your office never has to pick up an ad lead.
Ads are live within 72 hours of getting access to your account. While they get going, we work the homeowners already in your files, so the first kept estimates usually land in the first week. Full pace is normally month two.
A lead vendor sells you a name and sells the same name to three other companies. We generate the lead ourselves, in your metro only, answer it in five minutes, qualify it, book it, confirm it, and bill you only if the homeowner sits down. You're not buying a different lead. You're buying a different thing.
You hear it yourself. Every appointment comes with the recording of the qualification call, so you can listen to what the homeowner said about the project, the budget and who owns the home before anyone gets in the truck. If something sounds off, cancel it. There's no charge for an appointment you cancel.
Your calendar, yes: we book straight onto your estimator's availability, so we need to see it and write to it. Your CRM, no. We run the lead side in our own system and push each booked appointment to you with the notes. If you'd rather have it inside your CRM, we can connect to it, but it isn't required.
The ad account is yours, so the campaigns, the pixel data and the audiences stay with you. Every homeowner we booked for you is on your calendar with their details, so you keep them too. What we keep is our scripts, our confirmation sequences and our team. You don't lose your history, you lose the machine that was feeding it.
Yes, or an owner who can hold 10 or more in-home estimates a month and closes at least one in five of them. We fill calendars. If there's no calendar to fill, the program doesn't work and we'll say so.
Yes. Slow season, a big commercial job, an installer out for a month: tell us and we pause the ads. Your metro stays yours while you're paused.
Next step
A 20-minute call. Bring your close rate and your average ticket. We'll tell you whether your metro is available, what the numbers look like for a company your size, and whether we're a fit. No pitch deck.
Texas, Central time. If we're on with a client, we call back the same day.
